Remedial / Assessment Reset Policy

  1. The institution provides remedial/reset opportunities to support participants who have not yet been declared competent. This facility is provided at no additional cost, as long as the participant shows commitment by attending the entire scheduled process.
  2. A participant who is absent from remedial/reset classes 3 (three) times cumulatively, without a reason acceptable to the institution, is deemed not to have used the remedial opportunity provided and must pay a penalty of 1 (one) examination fee, namely IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah).
  3. Until this obligation is fulfilled, the institution reserves the right to withhold the issuance and handover of the certificate to the participant until all administrative obligations have been settled.

  1. Lembaga memberikan kesempatan remedial/reset sebagai bentuk dukungan kepada peserta yang belum dinyatakan kompeten. Fasilitas ini diberikan tanpa biaya tambahan selama peserta menunjukkan komitmen untuk mengikuti seluruh proses yang telah dijadwalkan.
  2. Peserta yang tidak hadir pada kelas remedial/reset sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali secara akumulatif tanpa alasan yang dapat diterima oleh lembaga, dianggap tidak memanfaatkan kesempatan remedial yang telah diberikan dan wajib membayar denda sebesar 1 (satu) kali biaya ujian, yaitu Rp1.000.000 (satu juta rupiah).
  3. Selama kewajiban tersebut belum dipenuhi, lembaga berhak menunda penerbitan dan penyerahan sertifikat kepada peserta hingga seluruh kewajiban administrasi diselesaikan.
